There is no need to print out all the Vouchers from the website. In line with Giving Forward's notion of being environmentally friendly, please only print out the Vouchers that you will be using. Please read the entire Voucher before use so that you are aware of all discounts, restrictions and exceptions stipulated on the Voucher(s).

• Each Giving Forward Voucher must be printed out and surrendered to the establishment before its expiry date.
• Unless otherwise stated, each of your Vouchers can be used only once per transaction.
• No combination of Voucher(s) may be accepted per transaction.

Please note that only Giving Forward Vouchers bearing the authentic Giving Forward hologram sticker will be accepted by the merchants. The Giving Forward Vouchers may be photocopied, scaled down/up to size or forwarded via email attachment to friends, colleagues, family members etc. However, only Vouchers bearing the authentic Giving Forward hologram sticker will be accepted.

Your Giving Forward Vouchers cannot be traded or resold for profit. The Vouchers bear no cash value, cannot be used for barter and are only valid in Singapore (unless stated otherwise).

2. Validity of the Giving Forward Membership Card and Vouchers
The Giving Forward Membership Card and Vouchers can be used anytime except on the following:

a)Eve of/during Public Holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Chinese New Year
• Good Friday
• Labour Day
• Vesak Day
• National Day
• Hari Raya Puasa
• Deepavali
• Hari Raya Haji
• Christmas Day

b)Special Occasions:

• Valentine's Day
• Mother's Day / Father's Day

Please note that the Giving Forward Membership Card and Vouchers cannot be used in the following situations:

• where the establishment in question is closed to the public;
• in any situations of prohibited or restricted use as indicated on the establishment's profile or on our website;
• in relation to any promotional or discount items offered by the establishment;
• in relation to any special promotional or discount rates (such as special internet booking rates);
• in relation to any other third-party discount programmes (eg. credit card discounts, other membership/club discounts etc.);
• when it is after its expiry date;
• when it is damaged, defaced or deformed.

3. Details of Offers
When using your Giving Forward Membership Card or Vouchers, please take note of the following details, terms and rules:

• Multiple Cards and Vouchers prohibited: Only one Voucher or Membership Card can be used for each transaction.
• Discount offers: Different merchants will be offering different levels of discounts. Some will impose a maximum limit on the discounts offered, while others have no such limit.
• One-for-One/ Main course offers: The least expensive item will be deducted from your bill, up to the maximum dollar value as stated on the Voucher or the merchant's profile (ie, enjoy one free _______ when another ________ of equal or greater value is purchased).
• % off offers: The merchant will deduct the stated % off the total bill, up to the maximum value as stated in the offer. This deduction is before GST is applied.
• Dine-In only: Unless otherwise stated in the coupon or the restaurant profile, all offers/discounts are for dine-in only customers, and are not applicable to take-away customers.
• No Free List for performances and movies: If "no free list" (or similar wording) is indicated on your Giving Forward Voucher(s) in relation to tickets to a performance or movie, the offer/discount indicated on the coupon may not be applicable to some movies.

4. Dishonoured Giving Forward Voucher(s) or Membership Card.

In the unlikely event that you Giving Forward Membership Card(s) or Voucher(s) is/are dishonoured or rejected by the merchant without any clear reason, you are encouraged to get in touch with us (via email, Giving Forward forum/blog/website or phone) and inform us of the circumstances under which your card/coupon were dishonoured/rejected.

In participating in the offers and discounts detailed in this book, you fully and unreservedly agree and acknowledge all of the following:

• Giving Forward LLP cannot guarantee that the merchant will honour all Giving Forward Membership Cards and all Giving Forward Vouchers presented; Giving Forward LLP will, however, attempt to investigate the situation in which the card/coupon was dishonoured and persuade the merchant in question to honour the same where valid and reasonable;
• The merchants listed within this book are operated by parties independent to and beyond the control of Giving Forward LLP; as such, Giving Forward LLP cannot and shall not be held responsible or liable for any acts or omissions of any merchant;
