Minori Dining & Sake Bar has one of Singapore’s most varied ala-carte buffet menu and all items are prepared as ordered for the freshest taste. For $28++ at lunch or $32++ at dinner, diners can choose from more than 120-items on an ala-carte Japanese buffet menu comprising of 7 varieties of fresh sashimi, 14 varieties of nigiri sushi, 15 varieties of hand rolls, 18 varieties of sushi rolls, 5 kinds of teppanyaki dishes, 24 varieties of sumiyaki dishes and over 40 types of cooked dishes.  The restaurant welcomes families by offering the same menu to children less than 11 years of age at $18++ for lunch and $20++ for dinner.  Children less than 5 years of age eat for free.
